BI-SERVER 3.10 COMO SERVICIO DE WINDOWS EN WINDOWS 7 X64

No estoy pudiendo hacer funcionar el tomcat que viene con apache como un servicio de windows booteable, ejecute el archivo service.bat pero al intentar arrancarlo me arroja el siguiente error que veo en el log del tomcat:

Tengo instalado los jdk x64 en su version 1.7 y 1.6 ....
